CFG at the reins, the job will be done! Our
order processing avails a variety of ways that
we may receive and process your orders. Many of
our clients have website based ordering. CFG's
technology allows us to capture your orders
directly from your website " shopping cart".
While we perform a cursory review of the data to
determine if the data resides in the correct
"fields", this process is fully automated.
If
you prefer, orders can also be received by our "
Live Call Center Reps" who have direct manual
interface with our technology. Through this same
manual process, we can receive your orders via
email, fax or even mailed in the old fashioned
way through the post office.
Because
we have sufficient asset redundancy, all orders
are processed within the first 24 business
hours. Depending upon the adequacy of inventory
levels, every effort is made to fulfill and ship
those orders in that same period.
